Stewed broccoli ("Mugn’r scup’ttat")Ingredients:
- 1 kg of broccoli
- 1 garlic clove
- extra-vergin olive oil
- chilli pepper
- salt
Wash broccoli and add them to a pan where oil, garlic and chilli pepper are frying. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Then uncover, add salt, mix and let them cook till when they will be almost dry. (Translated by P. Cofrancesco) |
